Gray and black with sequin type studs tunic

Is gray has black detailing around the neckline rounded neck has stud-like sequins in a x pattern is quite long, buttons part way down the back and has a insert of shear black material it has a small spot on it but I think it will come out because I've never worn it so in great use condition
