Gray ModCloth fluttering flower dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @heavenlyjen01. I have absolutely LOVED this dress but ready for rotate it for something new! Fabric and soft and stretchy making it so comfortable. Can be worn with a belt or tie but elastic at the waist wears perfectly on its own. Has no flaws rips or stains but does have convenient pockets!! From a smoke free home.
