Gray Mockneck Tunic or Dress - Very Comfy

This dress runs short, so I usually wore leggings under, as though it were a tunic. I’m 5-4. Has a mock turtleneck unique neckline (high neck) and 3/4 sleeves. Very flowy and comfortable.
