Likely purchased around 2010, this heavy men’s field jacket from International Concepts (INC) is made from a warm, weather-repellent blend of 66% wool, 29% polyester, and 5% other fibers. A heavy-duty Dulon straight zipper up the front is reinforced by five large buttons on a storm flap. The standing collar also has a short strap that can be looped through the other side as a throat latch, plus more cool military-informed details like button-down shoulder epaulets and zip-back sleeves with adjustable button cuffs. Now, let’s get to the pockets: * Two box-pleated chest pockets with single-button flaps * A zip-up pocket inset behind the right chest pocket * Two box-pleated hip pockets with single-button flaps * Two side-entry handwarmer pockets, positioned behind each hip pocket * Two horizontal straight-zip pockets inset behind the hip pockets as well * An open-top inside-left breast pocket Despite being around 15 years old, this hip-length coat is in great condition, save for where the lining has separated behind the right armhole. Size large with a tailored fit (with a subtly suppressed waist, reinforced by a half-belted back), measuring about 23.5” from armpit to armpit and 31” long from neck to hem.
