Hi there! I would suggest listing them as unbranded or using the correct brand as the Poshmark user agreement states that "using a brand name to falsely describe or promote an item violates trademark law, even if the item is not explicitly 'counterfeit'. For example, the use of the words 'inspired by' followed by a brand (for example 'inspired by Chanel') is prohibited on [the Poshmark] platform." In other words, don't list the brand as Frye when it's not Frye.
