Gray Adidas Three Stripe Pacer Shorts

I know the tag says a small, but I’m convinced they are not a small because they’re way too big for me. I’ve attached another picture of the shorts lined up next to a pair of small shorts that fits me regularly. The waist is 34 inches and the hole for each leg is about 3 inches bigger than the size small shorts. If you want more measurements just let me know! Feel free to leave an offer!
