Grass collection black coat with belt

Feminine, lined, wool blend jacket/coat with ruffles, button accents and cute small front pockets. It zips up and has a belt. It's in good used condition. PLEASE NOTE: TAG SAYS MEDIUM but I feel it runs small for a medium. I would say it is more like a size small. Please see approximate measurements.
