Excellent Used condition, some scuffs on soles, seen in pictures. Light wear on heels, less than 20 miles of walking, incredible looking boots, just got the wrong size and took too long trying to make them work to return. Soles are Grant Stones proprietary take on Dainite. These retail for twice what’s listed.
Black Waxed Commander has a matte, slightly textured look with a subtle luster, and the wax treatment makes it scratch and water resistant. Low maintenance and tough, the last is a little more refined than the Diesel so it dresses up well, but that upper material gives it some edge and personality with patina potential to spare. A change of laces takes these from all class to bad a**.
I don’t see the Edward in Black Waxed Commander on the Grant Stone site currently, though they did just drop the Diesel boot in this upper. Not sure if they’ll bring this upper back for this model.
Original box, dust bags, thank you cards and GS shoehorn included.
Criminal to see them not get worn, make my mistake your good luck. Happy to answer any sizing questions or add pictures, answered a few already in the comments. Thanks!

Could you measure the outsole accurately & tell me the dimensions ?....I've never had GS boots, and want to see if they'll fit....thank you

@timberfrog Happy to get whatever measurements you’d like, I can go ahead and tell you that the outsole measurement won’t tell you whether it fits though. If you can tell me a particular boot and size that has fit well I can give you a pretty good idea. Failing that if you take the same sneaker size in a few brands that can help narrow it down.

@againstthegrind I wear a 9.5E in Allen Edmonds 65 Last, 10D in Helm & Thursday boots 10D/E in Nike/Brooks sneakers.

@timberfrog so comparing 65 last in 9.5E vs the Edward in 9D, the Edward is going to have about 1/4 inch less length in the footbed, and about the same less width at the ball of the foot. The Edward is going to be roomier overall in the midfoot and heel though. I’d guess if the Allen Edmonds aren’t super snug at the ball of the foot and you have that thumbs width between the toe and the end of the footbed these would be a good fit. The Thursdays are hard to compare without knowing which model.

I currently own Viberg 8.5 stamped size in the 2030 last, which measures outsole 12.25 inches across. This is my perfect size. Do you know if these Grantstones 9 size are similar in fit and length? Thanks

@rcons_1982 It’s of the lower volume grant stone boots, though not as sleek as Vibergs. More of a clean taper in the toebox than the fairly sharp one on the 2030 last but snug through the heel and instep. Length wise I’d say the footbed itself would be about a quarter inch longer, haven’t measured the outsole as it doesn’t affect fit. If aesthetics are the concern these aren’t construction boots by any stretch but the 2030 last is definitely more low profile.

@againstthegrind thanks yes looking to measure for more of an aesthetics fot, if it measures over 12.25 it looks too long for my foot when walking. Once I get an idea of how long they measure I can make an offer..thanks 🙏

@rcons_1982 I’ll measure them tomorrow, be surprised if it’s anything GS publishes.

@rcons_1982 Apologies for the delay, forgot to make myself a note. The outsole does in fact measure 12.25, maybe 1/16th less depending how you angle the tape. If that seems suspiciously convenient I understand and am happy to upload a photo haha.

@mrallen_atl you should have a tracking number by tomorrow. I apologize, it should have been posted Friday but had a miscommunication.
