Gracia wow! Gorgeous pleated black & white skirt

This is a gorgeous Gracia designer skirt. It is super stretchy with a thick fitted flattering waist band. This would be great for a holiday office party! It is in excellent condition aside from a super tiny fray/flaw. Please see photos for details.(last photo) It is located on the bottom right side when facing the front of the skirt.
