Gracia navy and red popover dress M (6)

Gracia popover dress in navy and red plaid. Bodice has Princess seems and skirt is pleated and flared. New with tags- never worn. Self-tie bow at neck. Center back zip. Dress is a size medium- please see measurements for fit. Fits like a 6 IMO. (give or take depending on your build). Small pull in fabric on back (pictured) from getting snagged in my closet. Waist is 14.5 laying flat, back pit to pit is about 16”. Length from center back to hem is about 36”.
