Graceful Angel with tea light holder

1920’s-1940’s era Angel with long flowing gown. Simply decorated sweet face, praying posture. Offset candle holder to left of skirt. Unsure of material she is made of. Center of dress is very shiny- may be shell? Glass Candle holder is removable. Old glue in receptacle, unseen when clear glass in place.
