Hello!
My wedding dress shopping was toward the end of the pandemic, making it a challenge to secure an appt. at a Boston area boutique (who carry Australian/New Zealand-based designers anyway). So I ordered 3 different dresses/styles/designers online (including 1 from Lulus of course), and ultimately went with a Jenny Yoo dress as it seemed to more closely fit our venue and vibe of our event.
I originally purchased the Sloane dress off Poshmark from someone whose wedding had unfortunately been canceled. The dress was authenticated by Poshmark (common practice when selling designer items over $500). Fortunately it passed with flying colors, confirmed it is in fact an original GLL unworn gown, which is still in the original dress bag, neatly folded in the signature Grace Loves Lace box with bow. The dress has not been worn by anyone, nor has it been altered. There are no marks, snags, discolorations whatsoever, size S. (A st. size 2, yet with plenty of stretch for any interested in highlighting their curves!)
**For any unfamiliar with GLL - her designs are some of the most unique, flattering (sexy, depending on how fitted) lace dresses (with stretch). I'd describe the Sloan dress as a one-of-a-kind, tasteful, classy/yet-sexy off-the-shoulder lace dress - both comfortable while flattering. Her style (last summer anyway) skewed boho, appropriate for beach weddings - as well as winter events bc of the lace's elegance combined with its long flowy sleeves.

Hi all! I just replaced all the stock photos of this dress with photos of me trying it on (pls. ignore the hair) - to give you all a better idea. For reference, I'm 5'3" with 3.5" heels on in these photos, approx. 120-125 lbs? (I stopped keeping track after the first 5 lb. increase...). Again, it's never been worn, and has had no alterations whatsoever and no flaws, marks, snags, etc. This was only the 2nd time trying it on since purchasing!
