Grace Elements Black Elastic Waist Detailed Maxi Skirt Size Small, New with tags. This skirt measures approximately 37” long and it is a straight skirt to the floor with 21” slits on each side. This is a combination skirt in that the first 19” is solid down to the knee and the remainder is see through to the floor. The waste is elastic and measures between 28 to 31” when stretched. The hip area measures approximately 36”. The pattern is black on black but the see-through part is fabric/netting.
