Goyard was established in 1853 by François Goyard. The characteristic chevron pattern was cleverly designed to form a 'Y', representing the three centuries of Goyard and their 'Compagnon de Riviere ancestors'. Each pattern is delicately hand-painted onto a lightweight coated canvas. Condition: Well Loved - Light scuffs to exterior bottom corners. Minor creasing to handle bases. Minor wear throughout handle casing. Heavy marks, ink, and wear throughout interior.
