Gothrider unisex Fear None skull boots

Unisex biker boots in a combination boho/goth design. Muted shades of teal, red and amber with skull print and "Fear None, Respect Few" motto. They are listed as Men's size 10, but also say EU 44, which would be US size 10.5-11 based on most conversion charts. My husband wears 9.5 and he says these are at least a full size too big, thus listing as 10.5. There is a crack in the inner part of the sole, but it does not extend into the rubber sole or foot bed (see last photo). You can't feel it, it does not allow water in, and does not effect the integrity of the boot. Otherwise excellent condition.
