Gothic Witchy Dress Topper Size Medium Black, Lace, Gauze, Sheer, Layering Piece No tags at all, use measurements. I think this is a homemade piece possibly. More of a costume due to pearls being hot glued on. I would only hand wash. It is such a cool piece! There are some fabric snags on the gauze top. The pearls on front bottom are hot glued on.
