Gothic Fairy Skirt 3 Layers of Soft Black Mesh S-M

Really pretty 4 layered fairy goth skirt! 3 layers of soft black mesh netting & 1 layer of silky slip. I love the netting on this skirt, it's not stiff like tulle, it's actually very soft and flowy. Tag states size small, however fits like a medium. Please see measurements for more accurate fit: Waist: 31in (around) Hips: 23in (across) Lenght: 22in(slip) 28in(netting) No tears, rips or holes. Found one string that has pulled tight, but very difficult to see. Skirt comes from a smoke/pet home.
