Gorham Porcelain Musical Doll Collection “Alexander” with music “Anchors Aweigh”

This is “Alexander” and he is part of The Gorham 5th Anniversary Limited Edition Musical Doll Collection from the 1980s-1990s. He is Doll # 8399G. Most of the body is made from porcelain. The decorative clothes with accessories like his sailor hat and boots are all individually handmade. As seen in the picture, he is wearing the trendy Gorham bracelet with the letter G. On his back you will see a metal knob which you can wind around to play his song “Anchors Aweigh”. He stands about 19 inches tall. This doll has never been displayed and still in the original packaging and box. Comes with a doll stand. If you watch the video you can here the music in the background.
