This is “Blue Girl 18” and she is part of The Gorham “Holly Hobbie” Musical Porcelain Doll Collection from the 1980s-1990s. She is Doll # HH1. Most of the body is made from porcelain. The decorative clothes with accessories like her blue hat and her boots are all individually handmade. Blue Girl is seen holding flowers in one hand and her signature Holly Hobbie bracelet on the other hand as seen in pictures. On her back you will see a metal knob which you can wind around to play her song “Over the Rainbow”. She stands about 19 inches tall. This doll has never been displayed and still in the original packaging and box. Comes with a doll stand. If you watch the video you can here the music in the background.
