Gorgeous vintage style Poppy skirt

This is a beautiful skirt with a deep teal background featuring red poppy flowers from out of business Pinup Couture Brand. The waistband is 14 inches flat with 2 inches of stretch due to the back elastic near the zipper. It is 27 inches long. Comes from a pet friendly, smoke-free home. It is in excellent condition.
