Gorgeous vintage silk dress

this stunning black vintage dress is in a beautiful Japanese silk. no tags. 3/4 sleeves. pleated skirt. it is missing buttons on one sleeve but all the rest of the buttons are present. hook and eye clasp at the waist. it has loops on the sides so it once had a belt, but I bought it without the belt. the fabric has a bamboo and chrysanthemum pattern I think. pleats on the back. waist measures about 12.5 inches. pit to pit is 17 inches. shoulder to hem is 39 inches.
