Gorgeous vintage lace embroidered dress or top

There is no tag on this piece but it is amazing! It’s hard to believe it is vintage because it’s in such good shape. It could be a dressy top to wear with nice pants or leggings, but it would be a great mini dress too! It has a 19” bust and measures 27” top to bottom. It comes with shoulder pads. Snap closure up back and at wrists. Missing to snaps. Lace with embroidered flowers bedazzled with pearls, rhinestones and light pink sequins.
