Gorgeous vintage black velvet dress

In very good vintage condition. Beautiful black velvet dress, fully lined. Padded shoulders. Slightly pegged hemline with slit in the back. Velvet buttons close at the back. Button details at the elbows. Measurements lying flat: bust 24”, waist 22”, hips 22”. Length from shoulder to hem: 38”. Small tear at the bottom of the button opening is the only flaw worth noting.
