Gorgeous velvet jacket

Swing style vintage jacket from Peck and Peck has three quarter length sleeves for that retro look. Does not have a tag with size but measures 20” across the bust-line when lying flat. Would fit a size 10 or 12 woman. Perfect condition inside and out.
