This absolute, stunning blue velvet dress has the materials draped at just the right spots to complement your body shape. I’m not sure why some of the pictures make it look spotty, because it is in mint condition. I think I wore this once. The velvet just takes a picture strange when the light hits it. There are no flaws and absolutely nothing wrong with this dress.
