Gorgeous tropical maxi dress. Worn once size small

Gorgeous maxi dress. Worn once. Excellent condition. The tag inside (with the brand and size) was removed. The dress was purchased from Forever 21 and is a size small. Has a slit slightly above knee level. There is a white layer underneath (stops above knee level).
