Gorgeous top in black floral. Size M

Beautiful black velvety floral top that has never been worn. Should have bought in a petite. From Dillard’s last winter but arms are too long on me. I’m 5’4” and I think it needs a taller person. Gorgeous top to dress up any jeans of black pants.
