Gorgeous soft black velvet dress

Black velvet. Off white sash/bow with detachable brooch. Bottom of dress has tons of pick ups to give a crunched up appearance. Top is a fishnet type material with a button on back. Back also has sash to tie. Bow in front has 2 small marks when purchased. Never worn. Was purchased for a wedding however to hot outside to wear.
