Gorgeous silk ruffle neck BCBG gown - burgundy

This dress falls so beautifully when you're wearing it! Sphaghetti straps with ruffles along the neckline, cinched at the waist, zip up closure on back and floor length! I never got it hemmed/taken in so I wasn't able to wear it, but a friend borrowed it for mil ball and LOVED it! Freshly dry cleaned!
