Gorgeous silk cap sleeve dress by Tibi

Short cap sleeve silk dress by Tibi. Classic cut meets abstract pattern in gorgeous jewel tone colors. Size 0. some minimal wear as seen in photos (tiny spots nothing noticeable). I love this dress but it no longer fits me sadly.
