Gorgeous ruffle dress

I love this dress so much but I'm Def a size small, it's a little too loose on me especially in the bust area. I got it for a ren Faire but I changed my costume already. brand new, only tried on! its a really pretty off white, creamy, slightly peachy or apricot color, for some reason the pics make it look a little more dull.
