Made by Hecho a Mano, I purchased this off the shoulder dress in a small boutique store in Puerto Rico. Unfortunately I’ve never had the opportunity to wear it. Color is a vibrant blue and brown, and the material is lightweight and airy. Perfect for summer! Has gorgeous eyelet style detailing on the sleeve and an asymmetrical skirt and neckline. Size is M/L, though more towards a M. Dress does not have the tag but is brand new and unworn.
