Gorgeous roses mini dress or tunic

I love this dress, it is gorgeous. I only tried it on when it arrived and had to sell it because it didn't fit. Not sure if it's a mini dress or a tunic. It was sold as a dress but it seems too short, at least for me so use the measurements please. It's got a little stretch to it. It has a thin black lining underneath. Perfect for date night or Valentine's Day. Purse and booties are my own and not for sale at the moment
