Gorgeous, one shoulder, ruffled blouse

This top is so cute! Fitted waist with buttons, crop length. The fabric has a silky feel to it and a tiny bit of a sheen. One side goes over the shoulder, the other side is sleeveless. Machine washable. Looks great with white shorts!
