Fabric is part silk so it has a beautiful sheen to it. Elastic at waist gives a nice peplum look. Please read entire post regarding sizing. Measurements laying flat - Armpit to armpit is 22 inches Length from top of shoulder to hem is 28 inches **** These measurements are much larger than a traditional US size 2-4.
