Gorgeous mint skirt

Cute, flowy Mod Cloth skirt than can be dressed up or down for summer. The skirt has a long over skirt and a short mini underskirt as shown in second picture. Bright yellow waistband and zipper in the back. Fabric does not provide stretch and the skirt doesn’t have pockets.
