Gorgeous mermaid dress with sequins. The color is more like a turquoise on top and blue Tull on the bottom. Bought in an exclusive store in San Diego for my daughter. Wore it to prom two years ago. Excellent condition. A few sequins fell off in the back but not noticeable.
