Gorgeous low rise silk cargo pants from rave vintage y2k size 15 brownish pewter

What an amazing find!! Check out those pockets!!! Do you remember these? I bought these myself but never wore them because this style never looked on me. There is a crease on the legs from the hanger which hopefully will come out. Probably smaller than size 15 but 15 is on the tag. They all ran small I think
