Gorgeous high neck, tie back semiformal dress

Beautiful stretchy material semi-formal dress with a high lace design neck. It ties around the neck in the back and scoops low like a keyhole back. Wore it only once for junior semiformal in high school, so it's in amazing condition. I'm 5'5" and it's hits about halfway down my thighs. Open to offers! :)
