Gorgeous high low chiffon dress NWT

Beautiful flowy high-low dress. It has a pearl/rhinestone detailed waist that is a scrunchy elastic in the back. There are cups and a side zipper closure. Purchased in Europe so sizing is a European 40 which is equivalent to about a S in American sizing. Bust is about a 32, waist is 23-30 inches and hips are free. I just noticed tiny pink spots on the side and back of the dress. They are not super visible, I only just found out about them while checking for flaws. Tried to show in last pic.
