Gorgeous & fun BCBG cocktail dress

Prom ready in a beautiful spring yellow! This sz 4 BCBG dress has only been worn once. It can be worn with or without straps. There are slight discolorations at the bottom of the dress, both on the front and backsides (see pics). However, difficult to notice them.
