Gorgeous flower silk dress size medium

I so hoped this dress would fit me. but I have a bit too much hip for this (as reference I'm a size 10ish / size 30 in pants). the fit is supposed to be slouchy with large neckline, saggy sleeves, and knee length cut. it would look gorgeous on someone else.
