Gorgeous cobalt blue, off the shoulder, shift dress. Size medium

I believe I got this dress from Dillards but, honestly can’t remember. The tag says Sugar + Lips. Worn only once a rehearsal dinner for friend’s wedding. In great condition. Built in slip with a lacy overlay. Beautiful detail. (Zoom in) It can be worn off or on the shoulder. The cobalt blue is striking. Received many compliments. Size medium.
