Gorgeous cherry Red tulle skirt - NWOT

Fabulous skirt. Excellent condition. I can’t even remember if I ever wore it other than to try it on. Planned to wear it to a holiday party that never happened. Purchased at a boutique in Los Angeles, where the size tag (black) was already cut out. They said it was a one size fits all situation because of its elastic waistband. I wear a medium and it fits me great. A large would just stretch it a bit more, but should work. A small would fit loosely. Great for Halloween, too!
