Gorgeous brand new, never worn, Bebe silk halter dress

This dress is absolutely gorgeous. I have never worn it because I could never find the right bra. It has a gorgeous silk chiffon overlay. The contrasting hombre, black and white silk chiffon is so pretty the pictures don’t do it justice. The skirt is 23 inches long.
