Gorgeous blue maxi dress from Altar’d State

Beautiful and sweet powder blue floral maxi. It is a true wrap with a liner that goes halfway down. It is a great length for a taller girl, I’m 5’7” and wore with heels and it was long enough. Flutter sleeves, snap closure at the top, and two sets of strings for tying. Only worn once to a wedding!
