Gorgeous black summer dress NWOT

Super cute dress that says it’s a small but truly it fits more of a medium to large size. The dress has an inner lining that goes above the knee and the material below the knee is mesh like. There is a zipper in the back and two double ties that go around the neck. The picture is really don’t this dress justice. Never worn due to size. As always, Poshstars…✌️
