This is a beautiful lined partly smocked skirt from & Other Stories. It is so well made and has a lovely drape to it The buttons on smocking are faux-- so there is no gapping. The rest of the buttons do button but are further down skirt so there is no gapping. The material has a little black on black check ( see video) in like- new condition.
