Gorgeous aqua blue prom dress

Only worn once to my prom! It’s a beautiful blue with sparkles! It was never altered. I am 5’9 and this dress was a bit long on me. It has some rips allll the way at the very bottom from stepping on it with my heels, but that would obviously be taken off when altered to fit your height if you’re shorter! It’s such a gorgeous dress I hate to see it just sit in my closet!
