Gorgeous and adorable skirt by Allen Schwartz

This skirt is so stinking cute! Would look great with either boots flats or heels paired with a tank or denim jacket as well as a dressier shirt. It ha as turquoise accent mid waist with colorful trim below that. The hem is a frayed one that is very eye catching. It has a side zipper. I bought this several years ago and the retail was 425.00. Just don’t ever wear it
